Mint Error 2001-D Lincoln Cent Muled with Dime Reverse Die "The Eleven Cent Coin" PCGS MS-65 RD
Spectacular mule error showing a 2001-D Lincoln Cent, while the reverse is a Roosevelt Dime. Both are of similar size, so it is possible that the dies were mixed up - and whoever was meant to verify the die design simply overlooked perhaps the most important responsibility of their job.
