This Week's GC Top Ten List - Bidding Ends Sunday, July 3rd, 2022

1797 Half Dollar, 1861-O $20 Gold, Shipwreck Gold Bar, Patterns...

Welcome to this week's Top Ten List from GreatCollections, featuring coins in our first auction of July - with bidding to end on Sunday, July 3rd.  It's amazing how time flies - half of 2022 is already over.

This week features another group from the extensive Wimbledon Collection of U.S. coins, including a Mint State 1797 Half Dollar - considered a major rarity in U.S. numismatics.  In gold, there is an 1861-O Double Eagle.

We are also offering the WC Collection, that features many better date Double Eagles, as well as a rare gold ingot from the S.S. Central America shipwreck.

And although these ten auctions might be perfect for what you're looking for, please be aware that this is only a tiny percentage of the whole auction.  Each week, GreatCollections auctions over 4,000 certified coins and banknotes!  So, if you don't see anything of interest below, be sure to browse our categories or view all upcoming auctions.

Happy collecting!

- Ian
